The clients approached us as they were re-building their long established brand. The new vision encompassed an integrated and innovative approach to the construction business in the region. With the hybrid office culture in the rise, the office functionality needed to be revisited in order to create a lively and collaborative workplace.

Hospitality and versatility became the key drivers.

Using aesthetic hints from construction sites, such as the PVC pipe wall, reinforcement steel shelving, and unfinished concrete countertops, we create a space with a casual feel while holding an unexpected quality as well as paying heritage to the roots of the company.

To create an approachable, welcoming environment and true to their business model, we designed the office similar to a coffee shop. With an in-house chef/barista, the open gourmet kitchen is the heart of the space.
